Bónusz Brigád: Shoppers stop online shopping when it seems difficult
The vast majority of online shoppers find out through internet search engines, half of the respondents get information from social media and newsletters, a third ask friends and acquaintances for help, while flu recommendations only affect 2 percent of those surveyed, the Bónusz Brigád told MTI.
The joint survey of the company and GKID also reveals that many potential buyers will stop immediately if an online purchase seems complicated.
According to the data, 85 percent of consumers find information about discounted offers in Internet search engines. (MTI)
