“Planet-proof” cheese from FrieslandCampina

Dairy cooperative FrieslandCampina has come out with its first “planet-proof” cheese, a North Holland variety, at the Alkmaar cheese market. FrieslandCampina member dairy farmers are taking steps – in the fields of animal protection, nature and climate – to reduce their environmental impact with the introduction of the PlanetProof label.
