The wise man’s cookbook

Election expert and amateur cook Dr Zoltán Tóth has recently published a book, titled ‘A Civilian in the Kitchen’. Once a month Dr Tóth gets together with friends in his garden, cooking food that they later give to people in need. He started to learn cooking at the age of 37 and finally got a diploma in 2014, when he was 62 years old. The book is basically a cookbook, but it is also a very good read. //
