Bocuse Academy to open

Though it has not been confirmed yet, it is more than a rumour that the Bocuse Academy founded by Paul Bocuse, the pope of chefs is to commence operation in Hungary soon. Vilmos Kreil has been invited by the International Committee of the Bocuse d’Or to act as head of the Academy.
