Bocuse d’Or Hungarian final
On 26 October the Hungarian final of the Bocuse d’Or was organised, deciding who would represent Hungary in the European round of the most famous chef competition in Trondheim next March. Roland Kelemen (Hunguest Sóstó, Nyíregyháza) won the national final, with his commis Noel Fodor. This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award went to István Pesti, chef of the two Michelin-starred Platán Gourmet. //
