Bocuse d'Or: Széll Tamás is ready for the competition
Széll Tamás assesses his skills with the teams of twenty-four nations at the prestigious Bocuse d'Or cooking competition, that will take place in Lyon on 30 January. Széll Tamás spoke about his preparations together with his supporters at a press conference on Tuesday.

The competition dishes of Széll Tamás were inspired by the Rubik Cube: The menu summons the world famous Hungarian game not only in form, but also in colors. The exact details will stay in secrecy until the race.
Hungary can also debut at the SIRHA culinary exhibition – which is connected to the finals of Bocuse d'Or – with a forty-square-meter booth, where the audience can learn about Hungarian food and wine. (MTI)
