Bocuse d'Or Academy: the finalists

Twelve pair appointed to the second Bocuse d'Or Selection Hungary Chef Competition’s qualifying that was held between 10th and 14th November.

Finalists are:
Kostyál Gábor (Hertelendy Castle Hotel, Kutas-Kozmapuszta) Kiripolszki István (KOGART), Kiss Gergely (Crocus Gere-Winehotel – Wine Spa **** Villány), Kiss Krisztián (Dunapark Kávéház), Volenter István (Mala Garden, Siófok), Hajdú Zoltán (Ken Carpatia), Lenkei Tamás (Hotel Pelion, Tapolca) and Mező Gábor (Café Erté). 
Bocuse d’Or Selection Hungary finals will be held on 21st and 22nd February 2010 at the Hungexpo Foodapest exhibition.
