Bocuse d’Or 2014
Zoltán Hamvas, president of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy told our magazine that six contestants are preparing for the Bocuse d’Or Hungarian selection in the kitchen of METRO’s Customer Academy every Sunday, with the guidance of Tamás Molnár B, Tamás Széll, Antonio Fekete and himself.
The Bocuse d’Or Hungarian selection will take place at SIRHA and the winner goes on to represent Hungary in the European final on 7 and 8 May 2014 in Stockholm. The competing chefs’ biggest supporter is the Hungarian government, Hungexpo and METRO are strategic partners Hungary is bidding for being the host of the European final in 2016.Related news
