The first tenants took possession of Hungary’s most sustainable warehouses
The industrial real estate developer HelloParks has opened its first two warehouse halls built according to the strictest sustainability standards in Fót and Maglód. In the buildings, one of which was specially designed to serve the city’s logistics needs, six companies have already contracted with the developer to rent a total of nearly 18,000 square meters of space. The completed building portfolio of the two-and-a-half-year-old HelloParks has thus already grown to 150,000 square meters, which the company will increase to 250,000 square meters this year.
Tenants are constantly moving into the two new warehouse halls of HelloParks, which were handed over by the developer in the first quarter of this year. The 46,000-square-meter MG3 in Maglód received its occupancy permit in January, while the 26,000-square-meter FT6 in Fót received its occupancy permit in March, and the first tenants have already been contracted for a quarter of the hall’s area. Loginvent Zrt. and WELL PACK Hungária Kft. signed contracts for a total of 10,000 m2 in MG3, while Beta Hungary Kft., Keber Germany Precision Machinery Kft., KOPOS ELEKTRO Kereskedelmi és Gyártó Kft. and Serveone Hungary Kft. rents a total of 7,600 m2 for its activities in the FT6 City Flex building.
