We got into the center of the culinary world – Bíró Lajos Chef evaluated the Hungarian appearance on Tuesday at the Gastronomika World Congress, in San Sebastian at an international press conference.
“I feel like we got into the center of the culinary world, shown by Hungary’s Bocuse d'Or success: behind a fantastic competitor a fantastic team was put together.
