Spar’s meat plant started the production of organic products

The Bicske-based Spar meat plant started the production of organic productswith the co-operation of Nyalka-based Virágzó TKSZ Cooperative – was announced at the 10-year anniversary event of th e Spar Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft. on Friday.

Nagy István, Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) also participated at the event, where he stressed that “Hungarians also feel a bit of ownership of the Spar, because their offer is an integral part of the Hungarian consumer habits.” He indicated that the company employs thousands of people in its stores, plant, and with its supply chain secures a livelihood to thousands of farmers.
