The Dolina Kft. developed a biomass boiler for tobacco drying
The Albertirsa-based Dolina Kft. developed a computer-controlled biomass boiler for tobacco drying. Due to th project, the drying costs can be reduced by over sixty percent – Bényei Illés, President of the Hungarian Tobacco Growers' Association (Madosz) annoonced in Pócspetri on Friday.
Szabó István, staff of the company said that the gas drying can be replaced with the boiler. The former energy cost of one million HUF per desiccator can be reduced to 350-360 thousand HUF. (MTI)
