The Nébih closed down a bakery in the capital
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) closed down a foreign-owned bakery in Budapest, where expired ingredients were found – the agency told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, the plant was grimy and greasy, the floor, the walls were dirty, the floor tiles were fragmented, there was no hot water and hand disinfectant was missing. The toilet and the preparatory department was located in one room. (MTI)
