Tesco: home delivery without shopping bags
In Hungary, one person uses an average of 500 shopping bags a year, while disposing 90 percent of the bags after a single use – Világgazdaság Online cites Tesco’s communication.
From 1 February, TESCO delivs the products ordered online without shopping bags. The department store chain’s decision reflects the customer needs, as according to the company’s internal research more than half of the Hungarians would like to receive fewer bags when shopping. (vg.hu)
