Wage increase at Auchan
Auchan Retail Magyarország has decided to increase wages in 2021. The basic salary of non-executive store employees, who make up the largest stock, will increase by an average of 5.6 percent from 1 March, higher than the guaranteed minimum wage or the increase in the minimum wage prescribed by law.
The lowest basic entry wage will be 260,000 HUF gross after a 6.2 percent increase. From 2019, the company will spend nearly 4.8 billion HUF on wage development, and in the past year it has created more than 200 new jobs and hired 600 employees.
