Borsodi Brewery Co. to absorbe into Starbev Hungary Ltd.

On the 31st of October the Borsodi Brewery Co. will absorbe into Starbev Hungary Ltd. told Stefánkovits Ildikó, legal and communications director of Borsodi Brewery to agromonitor.hu.

The acquisition does not change the current share capital of the brewery, and the transaction does not affect the company's activities – said Stefánkovits Ildikó. The company will also inform its specific partners about the fusion, if the necessary preparations will be completed.
As it is known, the company with Dreher Breweries Ltd. and with the Heineken Hungária Zrt, is a leader in the Hungarian market. Its market share is around 30 percent – reports Agromonitor.hu.
