ChocoMe’s newest premium chocolate workshop, ATELIER, has been introduced
chocoMe’s new, innovative workshop, ATELIER, produces world-class “bean to bar” chocolates Budapest’s 13th district. Gábor Mészáros, the company’s founder and chocolatier, personally selects the best cocoa beans from exotic locations such as Venezuela, Nicaragua or Madagascar. The special beans are processed and the chocolate is produced entirely on site, from the raw materials to the finished product.
Gábor Mészáros, who has been researching the science of making chocolate for more than 15 years, emphasized: “The extraordinary character and uniqueness of bean to bar chocolate lies in the fact that we are in control of all phases, ensuring the highest quality.” The ATELIER workshop makes unique, high-quality chocolates while paying particular attention to sustainability and ethical procurement sources.
chocoMe Atelier wants to be successful not only in the domestic market, but also in the international market, and Gábor Mészáros aims for their chocolates to win the most prestigious competitions in the world. Atelier’s first collection will be released in September, and the company continues to strive to continuously expand its product range in the premium category.
