A Belgian chocolate master was chosen as the world’s best confectioner by a jury of independent journalists at this week’s event by an Italian organization called World Pastry Stars.
Known for his minimalist style, Pierre Marcolini’s chocolates are a real luxury gift, the price of a box of sweets exceeds 100 euros (36 thousand forints). The master has forty stores throughout Belgium, France, Britain, Japan and China. (nepszava.hu)
