InBev Completes Acquisition Of Anheuser-Busch
Belgium's InBev completed its $52 billion acquisition of U.S. brewer Anheuser-Busch Cos. .
The company will change its name to Anheuser-Busch InBev and trade
under the stock symbol ABI.BT on the Euronext Brussels stock
exchange. The combined company's headquarters will be in St. Louis,
where Anheuser-Busch was based. Anheuser-Busch InBev has more than
200 brands, including Budweiser, Stella Artois and Beck's.
