The integration of Cora stores has been completed
The Immochan, the real estate development company of Auchan Group now has 717 leasable business space together on 78,303 square meters with the integration of the Cora hypermarkets in Hungary. With this the company became one of the most important estate developer, that is operating malls in the country – was said at the company’s briefing on Thursday evening.
The Auchan Group announced the acquisition of seven Hungarian Coras in 2011. The integration was finished with the opening of the Auchan hypermarket in Törökbálint at the end of September 2012. Gábosy Balázs Immochan’s commercial director told that before purchasing the seven Cora hypermarkets, Immochan’s leasable area was about 48,500 square meters. (MTI)
