Bartender competition with aces

For the eleventh time this year the Bacardi-Martini Open Cup has given the scope for the competition of domestic mixers with the participation of prestigious professional jury.

Mixers could compete in two categories this year. Besides the classic category which was seeking for the perfect purity and taste harmony, mixers could compete in the flair categorywhich was based on spectacular show elements. Bacardi gave significant pecuniary in each category for the bartenders who had outstanding results. The classic category was won by Horváth Zsolt with a coctail called Lipstick. In flair category the Overdrop coctail of Szita Viktor won the first prize. This year a number of extra production made the competition colorful. Laurent Greco, the official French bartender of Gray Goose Vodka made an exclusive demonstration of cocktails. Laurent once worked in Miami in one of the bars of Sylvester Stallone.. He arrived to Hungary right from the film festival of Cannes to participate in the jury of the Bacardi-Martini Open Cup.
