A Lagom house by Barnängen
Barnängen Beauty, a swedish beauty brand, which is also now available at the german market. I’ve been fallen for the design – the swedish are definitely good at that! The design of the products are so beautifully rectilinear and still flowery, like the perfect balance… but let’s start from the beginning…
Arrived in Stockholm we were welcomed by the Barnängen Beauty team. At the Hobo Hotel (which I can highly recommend) we immediately had the feeling of “Lagom”: A hotel, which is not too fancy, not too hip and still not too simple, just Lagom. The word Lagom means in swedish “Just the right balance!”. Our first common item on the program was a dinner with german bloggers, who all came to stockholm for this event. The location is called “Hallwylska”, a heated inner courtyard among big museum walls. The location was dream-like and the food as well! You should definitely step by for some drinks, if you are in Stockholm. In the next morning we had breakfast together with Nina Laureen, Maren Wolf and Franzi from Zukkermädchen. Even the breakfast was “Lagom”: You just took a tray and stowed it with simple delicacies like sandwiches, chai pudding, smoothies, eggs and delicious kanelbullar. Along with some coffee, tea and everything, the heart desires. Later on we had a boat trip altogether, where we also got to know the international bloggers. The boat trip took 1,5 hours through canals and seas of Stockholm. We could see sweden’s wonderful landscape and meanwhile we had some delicious elderflower lemonade and, of course.. what else, Kanelbullar.
