Barna Zsoltot választották a Waberer’s elnökének
Zsolt Barna, the company’s CEO until now, was elected by the board of directors as the president of Waberer’s International Nyrt.; the specialist will continue his work as president and CEO and will continue to hold the position of managing director of the group’s subsidiary, WSZL Kft., the company told MTI on Friday.
According to the information, Zsolt Barna, who has a degree in transport engineering and economics, started his career in 1996 at Volán Tefu, which was then still a part of Waberer’s, and has been working for the group ever since in various management positions. He has been the managing director of WSZL Kft. since 2008, and under his leadership the company’s annual sales increased from HUF 7 billion to over HUF 50 billion.
He will hold the position of CEO of Waberer’s International Nyrt. from September 2021. The company had a very strong year in 2022, achieving the highest EBIT result and EBIT margin level since its IPO in 2017, after closing the year with a 14.1 percent increase in sales revenue.
