Balaton Association: local restaurants should sell Balaton local fish

The Balaton Association considers it important that the catering units, buffets to sell local fish. The Balaton Association has developed two solutions for this purpose – according to the resolution of the Balaton Association’s presidency that was sent to MTI on Monday.

They point out that the fishing on Lake Balaton has ended. The restaurateurs currently only able to procure the raw material from abroad or from fish ponds, so the Balaton fish consumption has become the privilege of local fishermen. (MTI)
