Asia increased Tesco’s revenues
In the third quarter, the British supermarket chain increased its sales thanks to its quality products.
Terry Leahy CEO is pleased with the dynamism of the company's sales and market share. On international level, the sales of the stores that operates for more than one year increased by 4.1 percent. The growth was led by the Asian region. The company last month announced, that in the next five years, they will increase their revenue in Chine to fourfold to 4 billion pounds with the increasing of the number of the stores – reports Világgazdaság Online, after Bloomberg.
