Business service centers are ushering in a new era with artificial intelligence
More than 200 business service centers (SSC – Shared Services Center) operate in our country, which face increasing challenges in the field of innovation. In accordance with the expectations of global parent companies, these centers must constantly adapt to new technologies, especially the rapid and efficient adaptation of artificial intelligence (AI). Deloitte’s latest research also confirms that the use of artificial intelligence plays a decisive role in the business services market.
The domestic business service sector has undergone dynamic development in recent years. While these companies used to perform local or regional tasks, today they provide global business services (GBS – Global Business Services), taking advantage of modern technologies. These centers perform extensive data analysis and decision preparation tasks, supporting the operation of their parent companies. The introduction of artificial intelligence has brought about one of the biggest transformations in this area, enabling the efficiency of services to be increased.
According to a survey conducted by Deloitte in 2023, the domestic AI ecosystem has already undergone significant development: 85% of the surveyed companies are already actively using AI solutions. The most common areas of use include marketing and sales, management decision support, and product and service development. The technologies offered by AI help companies, for example, in content generation, automated marketing campaigns, social media monitoring and text processing, thereby increasing their competitiveness.
