Easter deserves a quality ham
At Easter, after the Lent we are really spoiled after delicacies, but it is for sure that Easter ham can be found in the focus of the feast – Bonafarm Group’s statement says.
The good Easter ham is a culinary product which carries our culture, tradicion in itself. The ham at the traditional peasant houses was smoked at the pig slaughter during the winter, its consumption occurred at the end of the Lent. Although traditions are weared in many people’s life, this practice still holds out. According to the market research datas, one-third of the entire annual domestic ham is consumed at Easter.
