Unilever acquires Olly Nutrition
Unilever has announced the acquisition of Olly Nutrition, a US-based nutritional supplements company. The San Francisco-seated business was established by Eric Ryan in 2014, and it produces vitamins, minerals, protein powders and snack bars. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
