Unilever’s acquisition in the USA
Unilever strengthens its hair and skin care portfolio by buying the brands of US company Sundial. New York-based Sundial realises annual sales of USD 240 million. The company plans further acquisitions: they intend to buy Starbucks brand Tazo Tea for USD 384 million.
