The ULT does not process more tobacco in Nyíregyháza

The processing plant of the Universal Leaf Tobacco (ULT) Magyarország Zrt. in Nyíregyháza will terminate its tobacco processing activities.

The processing of the Virginia and Burley tobaccos will be transferred to Italy. However the integration of Hungarian tobacco production and at the same time will be continued as well as tobacco purchasing. The reorganization affects 20 permanent and 20 additional outsourced employees and 150 seasonal workers. (by our colleague)
