According to the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture (NAK), consumers are looking for new flavours and various “free-from” products are becoming increasingly important.

Over the past decade, the composition of breakfast cereals has changed significantly: their carbohydrate, sugar and salt content has decreased, while their protein, fat and fibre content has got bigger. NAK’s market map reveals that domestic producers have a smaller presence on store shelves. //
