The majority of the new jobs are created by SMEs in the EU
Between the 2002 and 2010 period, 85 percent of the new jobs were created by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European Union – told the European Commission on Monday.
This value is significantly higher than the total ratio of 67 percent of the SMEs. In the SME category an average 1 percent increase occurred in employment, which is half a percentage point higher than the index of large companies – reports MTI.
