Companies that raise customer service levels can increase their sales by up to 20-30 percent
ClientFirst Consulting, which tests more than 1,500 stores and customer service points and evaluates 6,500 customer reviews, has announced this year’s Excellence in Customer Service Awards.
The performance of Hungarian companies was examined in several categories: among the large companies Telenor Hungary Zrt. and dm Kft. won the first prizes, while among the small and medium-sized enterprises, the DHL and the KIA Motors Hungary Kft. proved to be the best. In addition to the complex prizes, the title of the best service provider, the best family-friendly service and the best workplace team were also handed over.
