The OTP Széchenyi Rest card holders are more satisfied with their employers
More than half of teh domestic worker (54.8 percent) receive some kind of cafeteria benefit. This is two percentage points growth, compared to 2012. The most popular non-wage benefits has become the OTP Széchenyi Rest Card again this year – The OTP Bank’s representative research reveales.
This year the proportion of workers who received a non-wage benefits has increased. While in 2012 52 percent of the active workers received cafeteria, this year the figure was 54.8 percent.
Gál Tamás OTP Bank’s head of cafeteria services considers the increase to the stability of the system: ” the system of fringe benefits last year did not change for the first time in years, it became more predictable for both teh employees and employers. The increase had favorable impact on the revenues of domestic tourism. Thanks to the cafeteria benefits, more and more people could go to holiday with their families “
