The OTP Bank and the PortfoLion will purchase the Szallas.hu
The OTP Bank and the PortfoLion Regional Private Equity Fund will purchase the hundred percent ownership of the Szallas.hu Kft. from the Central Médiacsoport (Central Media Group) and the two founding members, Varga Zoltán and Dorcsinecz József – the OTP Bank told MTI on Tuesday.
The PortfoLion Regionális Magántőke Alap (PortfoLion Regional Private Equity Fund) acquired a 70 percent stake, while the OTP Bank acquired a 30 percent stake in the venture.
The Szallas.hu Kft. is the market leader online hotel reservation company, which achieved 10 billion HUF in sales in 2014 with the szallas.hu portal. (MTI)
