Onyx became Hungary’s first restaurant with two Michelin-stars
Onyx became Hungary’s first restaurant with two Michelin-stars. Costes, Costes Downtown and Borkonyha have retained one Michelin star. The acknowledgments were handed over on Monday evening in Budapest, at the Várkert Bazár, where the 2018 European Michelin Guide was presented as well.
Michael Ellis, the international director of the Michelin Guide, handed over the chef coat (that symbolizes the recognition) and the publication to Mészáros Ádám, in which the Onyx restaurant is taking part with two Michelin stars. (MTI)
