Most online shoppers are fed up with unpredictable parcel delivery times
According to a recent Ipsos survey commissioned by DODO, it has already happened to every second customer that they weren’t at home when a parcel was delivered, and nearly two-thirds are particularly annoyed by this.

Smart logistics solutions provider DODO is launching a movement to meet customer expectations, by identifying the shortcomings of current delivery solutions and encouraging operators to improve their delivery services. The new standardised service will be available as a widget. //
