The closure of markets, the failure of the HoReCa sector are just some of the difficulties that domestic food suppliers and producers have had to face due to the pandemic.

The online platform of the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) called Piactér (Marketplace) can help producers who now face a loss of income. Auchan Hungary immediately joined the initiative, and has already begun mapping out possible partnerships in order to expand its range of partners with as many Hungarian suppliers as possible in the current situation.
