The Italian Lucart Group bought the Bokk Paper Kft.

The Italian Lucart Group acquired the Bokk Paper Kft. through itsItalian holding company, the Lucart Spa.

The transaction agreement was signed on 31 May 2016. The Bokk Paper Kft. is currently the largest independent operator on the so-called AFH (Away From Home) hygiene paper products market in Hungary. The company has annual revenues of 7.5 million euros, ie around 2.35 billion HUF. The company continues to operate further under the Lucart Kft. name.
