Digital literacy: we are not doing badly at all
An online survey conducted by eNET in June 2015 asked internet users which six activities they had ever done on a desktop PC, on a notebook on smartphone or tablet. The more activities they named, the more skilled internet users they are. Result: 20 percent of adults have a low level of digital competence, 43 percent are at medium level and 37 percent are at a high level. Full-scale use of smartphones and tablets is still less common than desktop PC and notebook use as one third of respondents hardly use the latter two to their full potential.
