MMSZ joined the network of national marketing associations
The more than 30-year-old Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) is committed to shaping and promoting the role of marketing and its ability to create value. Hungary’s dominant professional community represents and supports thousands of professionals and organizations in their work.
Ralf Strauss, EMC’s president, expresses EMC’s joy that Hungary is the 11th country at the table of European marketing associations: “MMSZ is a large and professional national association and we are very happy to be able to work together on a European level. To EMC similarly, the MMSZ places great emphasis on education and social goals, it fits perfectly into the picture”.
Ferenc Hinora, the president of the MMSZ, also expressed his thoughts on the cooperation:
“The Hungarian Marketing Association is one of the most active professional communities in Hungary. Our mission is to present the changed roles of marketing and to strengthen its reputation. Our important task is to highlight that the power of marketing to create business effectiveness and social value is best demonstrated when marketing is within organizations it takes on an important strategic, management and business development role, going beyond its executive and mere sales support function. To achieve these goals, education and attitude formation are necessary. For years, we have been looking for an international organization that represents the same values, an organization that is similarly ambitious as us and those are also committed to raising our profession to a higher level. EMC and its member organizations are definitely such partners and we look forward to joint work and the constant exchange of knowledge and experience. With this cooperation, we provide Hungarian professionals with an international professional community and a global flow of information.”
