School starting not only burdens the parents’ wallet
At the invitation of eMAG.hu, belonging to the South African Naspers group, GKI Digital sought out the question within the eMAG customer survey: which products were the most popular in the school starting period. The questions were mainly about the general shopping habits at the end of the summer early autumn, but the key features were also the customers’ choice of products.
When selecting the right product, quality is the primary consideration when it comes to the price, but other important factors when purchasing a technical item are the warranty period and the technical parameters of the product. Users are mostly looking for webshops and are trying to take advantage of the promotional opportunity. GKI Digital’s survey revealed that buyers are also more closely monitoring the school starting contents in newsletters, so eMAG’s Back-to-School thematic campaign, the general offer, and user feedback made it much easier for the users to make a final decision.
