The Ficsak and the Emmi call for to make school canteens healthier
The Club of Young Families (Ficsak) and the Ministry of Human Resources (Emmi) call for to make school canteens healthier canteens.
Király Nóra, founder of the Ficsak at a press conference on Thursday in Budapest said that in recent years, many parents approached the club that they are not happy with the selection of school canteens. The organization conducted a survey and found that the situation is “terrible”, because the kids can buy high salt and sugar-containing foods without supervision – she added. (MTI)
