Unilever has become the most sustainable company of the industry
From the possible 100 points, Unilever reached 92 points giving the best performance of the year in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) in the group of companies dealing with household and beauty products manufacturing. With this result Unilever was named one of the 24 companies that won the Industry Group Leader title.
Unilever in its own industry group, came out on top in 14 of the 22 categories of the evaluation system including corporate governance, brand management, supply chain management, packaging, human rights, and the provision of social engagement.
