InVivo to buy organic food retailer
Agri group InVivo is in talks to buy a retail chain that sells organic food products in the south of France. Bio&Co operates six stores and realises a sales revenue of EUR 22 million a year. InVivo unites 200 cooperatives owned by farmers and its total sales revenue was EUR 5.5 billion in 2016-2017.
