Traditionally, Hungarians enjoy fish dishes during summer vacations and religious holidays. Although fish consumption in Hungary is still relatively low, the popularity of such dishes continues. According to a report by HelloVidék, prices for fish soup, fried hake, and other fish dishes have seen significant increases this year.
