The ibis Győr became the Hotel of the Year in 2013

The Association of the Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants announced the winner of the Hotel of the Year competition on 17 January, in the scope of a ceremony and in the presence of more than 160 professionals.

In the three stars category, the ibis Győr won the Hotel of the Year title in 2013. The award was handed over to Tóth Tamás, the manager of the ibis Győr hotel.

The Ibis chain was founded in 1974. Since then, it is the leading hotel chain in Europe and the 4th most economical hotel chain of the world with more than 1,000 hotels and 124,000 rooms in 59 countries around the world.
