The third of the annual sales of fish occurs before Christmas

30-32 percent of the annual sales of fish falls during the Christmas period, and we can found a wide range of good quality fish in trade – the President of the Hungarian Aquaculture and Fisheries Intermediate Body (MA-HAL) told MTI.

Németh István said that the most popular is live carp, the price per kilogram of this fish – as in the last year – is around 800-1000 forints. Among families with children thread-free gray catfish filaments are very popular. (MTI)
