The pálinka bonbon of the year is also sought at the 23rd Gyula Pálinka Festival
The Pálinka Bonbon of the Year competition, which will be held as a side event of the 23rd Gyula Pálinka Festival, will be announced for the first time – the organizers announced to MTI on Monday.
As they wrote in their announcement, the goal of the competition is to promote Hungarian pálinka Hungarian brandy as a national drink and the shared culinary enjoyment values of quality chocolates. Another goal is to promote the professional cooperation of domestic artisan chocolate workshops, confectioneries, catering establishments producing confectionery products and companies producing quality fruit brands, and to hold a joint competition.
Businesses operating in Hungary that can use brandy from commercial brandy distilleries to produce bonbons can be nominated until April 24.
