October was the strongest in Budapest tourism in 2019
October this year was the fastest growing month of 2019 in terms of guest arrivals and guest nights in Budapest – according to the analysis of the Budapest Festival and Tourism Center (BFTK).
At the same time, it is questioned whether the surge will continue to be sustained in November-December and, more importantly, what impact the imminent Brexit, now “sharpened” by 31 January 2020, will have on its impact in the coming months and years in Budapest’s tourist traffic and travel trends.
